Solas Chroí Day Tours
These day tours are within Ireland and more precisely in County Clare and neighbouring counties that are within reasonable distance for day trips. I chose locations that take us deep into connection with the land and its sacred places, which is one of the signatures of my work. These walks are chances to reset and connect with oneself and receive deep healing. Some of the day tours cover my native parish of Dysart O'Dea and Ruan taking in the history and archaeology of these locations.
Some of the locations for the day tours include Inish Cealtra in East Clare, Inisheer, Scattery Island, Lough Gur a few off the beaten track parts of the Burren such as Carhercommaun, Brian Boru’s fort and a whole host of sites in Dysart O'Dea. Below you get a glimpse into this walking tour and the abundance of sites and monuments we visit.
They are a chance to reconnect with oneself, a way of energising and receiving such deep inner healing where every stone tells a tale of rich Irish culture.

Mary’s Solas Chroí healing journeys take you to beautiful, off the beaten track, enchanting locations that help to create a ‘reset’ in our system. To special places where the veil is thin between worlds.
Our tours offer small, intimate groups of approximately 12 people and we spend time meditating, listening, being and absorbing the healing vibrations. We plan these healing journey's so that we’re not constantly moving. That way, we can concentrate on a region and enjoy peace and nourishing downtime. We visit ancient megalithic sites, early Christian monasteries, standing stones, wild rolling countryside and holy wells.
