The Plexus Bio Energy system is an integration of a group of powerful and effective healing techniques that work synergistically by rebalancing the life-force energy within and around the human body.

Everyone has energy flowing through their body and the degree to which the flow is working, is the degree to which a person is optimally healthy.   When the flow of energy becomes blocked or disrupted in any way this doesn’t just affect the physical body but also the mental and emotional bodies. Disease can set in where there is stagnation, similar to a pool of water that has no flow. 

 

Energy travels through the body via a system of energy channels and these channels are called Meridians and are part of the electromagnetic field of the body. These energy pathways can be detected by a Bio Energy Therapist, and stagnant energies can be moved and recalibrated. 

 

During a Bio Energy session, a series of hand movements support the healing and balancing in ways to re energise and strengthen the body, mind and Spirit.

The treatment takes place in a private and relaxing environment.  As the treatment is being carried out, many patients report feelings of heat, tingling, coolness or a pulling sensation and sometimes experience what feels like a detox.  This is a natural part of the healing experience and is a temporary experience as things recalibrate.

After the treatment the therapist explains what they were perceiving and make lifestyle suggestions to help the client improve their health.  Clients benefit greatly when a few sessions are had over the course of a week.
